Macbook pro 15 rétina Black screen after reset EFI

After read, modify ($svs) and programm my 25q064a with SOP 8 Programmer from SOFI TECH. My macbook Pro 15's Fans are turning less than 5sec and stop. restart and stop. It was very difficult to read the chip at the beginning. Now when i programm back with all my 3 backups the problem is not solved. Here are 2 dumps:

The last to computers i flashed with my bricked Programmer. Please need your help.

Files in the attached zip are corrupted both. Seem like were poorly read from the chip. I see big 'FF' filled spaces where logically data should be.

Try this. Is a EMC2512 firmware as you ask in the chat.
Serial number offset: 0x6904CD, replace 'S/N_12_symbs' string with your serial number. Check file size, it must be exactly 8388608 bytes (0x7fffff last accessible offset)
