Replacing 2015 15" MacBook Pro EFI

Replacing 2015 15" MacBook Pro EFI was created by usinjin
I corrupted an EFI that I was trying to flash to a 2015 15" (the integrated graphics model). So I used a firmware from a different machine (exact same year and model). I followed the directions to clean the ME region on the new EFI (using the Intel 9.5xxx ME region for Apple). However the machine does not boot fully anymore. Any idea why this is?
