Hey everyone,

So i got this MBP

Early 2013
Core i5 2.6
Early 2013
A1425 (EMC 2672)

The board itself has the EFI chip on the underside of the logic board. So if you remove the back cover you have to remove the logic board too.

The EFI Chip is MX25L6406E ( datasheet here )

The goal here is to try find a way easier to interface with this and bypass\remove the EFI lock.

Bugger. Looks really tricky to have to remove the logic board in order to get to the chip. But praise ifixit for all their guides
