can you explain the pin out thing? I have an A1706 2017, emc 3163. I managed to read the chip, but I can not write on it. I used the ebay mini programmer, with the clip from this site, so the diagnose port, not a clip to the chip itself, I did not take apart the logic board. Any help would be welcome, together we could find how these latest models work. thanks!

i need help with this device too A1707 touchbar. Have soldered all pins to raspi, but flashrom didnt accept it and told me "no flash chip found "
