Macbook Pro 2015 A1398 EMC2909 dead

Macbook pro 2015 model
I desolder the efi chip read the dump 3x and wipe the lock place with the FF reprograming again the chip solder back to the board and now the mac is dead
when i connect charger only green light and then go to red
the mac is dead not respons
what i done wrong
please help me

I can try to help you, but you will need to provide me with the commands you used to dump and flash. Its probably possible you can still recover the laptop.

i use the sofi programmer to read/reprogram
to edit the dump i use Hexedit

the laptop wake up first time after the reprogram the efi chip but have password
i try again do this but after the laptop remaind dead

You should try reading / reprogramming using the 'hold down power button' method.
This is what worked for me on a 2015 MBA.

You need to make sure and dump the firmware 3x and verify the MD5 is the same.
In order for me to do this on my MBA 2015 I needed to hold the power button until the laptop turned off and keep holding the power button while I read / dumped the firmware.

I used a Pi and the Easy Flash Adapter 4.0.3. I used Flashrom to read and reprogram.

the procesor working i make read/erase/write the dump but the mac is dead
no power no fans nothing

maybe i wrong programing ?
the chip is MX25L6473EZN1
im use FlyPro v4.35 and when i try read the processor is coming in couple version
what is the SOP8 ?
