2011 iMac
Model: A1311 (EMC 2428)
Tool: EFIDL w/ Pomono 5250 Clip
Power Mode: Off, Unplugged

I unlocked 2 of these models so far. Worked absolutely perfectly. I had previously only used the Raspberry Pi, which worked, but EFIDL was SO simple!

After EFIDL did its things, I unhooked, put it all back together, cleared the PRAM and it booted right up! (Fresh install)

Strange flash scenario but EFIDL came through again for me.
MacBook Air 2012 13in 1466
Logic board: 820-3209-A
EFIDL with v4.0.2 attachment
Had to make sure I held in the power button to shut off machine, selecting shut down would shut the machine down, but I guess not to the state it need to be. Both battery and magsafe had to be attched. Plugged in micro USB to EFIDL, then attached v4.0.2 attachment. Bulb went from blinking to completely out... No light at all.. Removed the EFIDL attachment and the bulb turned blue.. Immediately reattached EFIDL bulb stayed blue then recieved the slow green blink after about 5 seconds, reset PRAM and I was good to go. Not sure why it worked but I'm glad it did.

After closeing lid and in sleep mode, dissconecting battery, is there anyway to know the chip is in the right state for read/write before desoldering?

Model: A1398
EMC: 2909
Chip: Winbond W25Q64.V

SPI Programmer & Adapters
Adapter: GhostlyHaks Easy Flash 4.0.3
SPI: Raspberry Pi 3
Flashrom: YES

Power State
Magsafe: YES
Battery: YES
Mac: OFF

Programming Results

Correctly read the chip, got the read.bin file, modified the $SVS string, erased the EFI chip, wrote the modified read.bin file, verified, resetted the NVRAM and then booted the installation of OS X from a bootable USB Key, the installation has been done correctly and everything works fine.

Thank you so much guys, I apreciate so much your work, keep going on! ;)

Winbond W25Q64.V
Raspberry pi
Adapter - easyflash 4.0.3
MagSafe No
Battery Yes

Read erase and write all without a hitch for 3 dumps.
All dumps good
Deleted $SVS and edited Serial
Erased and wrote cleaned dump to chip with good verification at each stage.

Cleared NVRAM but was only getting backlit screen and no boot, chime or fan spin up.
Can boot to recovery and startup disk selector so am about to install fresh from USB.

Device: 12" MACBOOK (EARLY 2016)
Model: A1534
EMC: 2991
Chip: W25Q64.V
Chip Size: 8388608

SPI Programmer & Adapters
SPI: Raspberry Pi 3
Adapter: Easy Flash Adapter v4.0.3
EFID Lite: NO
Flashrom: YES

Power State
USC-C Power Adapter: NO
Battery: YES

Programming Results
EFI Destroyer [Lite]: NO
EASY FLASH [ADAPTERS]: YES

MacBook had both EFI and iCloud pin lock.

Disconnected keyboard for better access. Used a Raspberry Pi with Flashrom to read/write chip using the v4.0.3 easy efi adapter. After writing chip, turned on and reset PRAM 3x.

I tried using the EFI Destroyer Lite and it would not successfully flash it. It would recognize it, flash blue that it replaced the EFI. However when trying to boot, it went right back to the EFI lock.

May you help with this same MBA A1466 EMC 2559 Mid 2012.
I just got assemble my EFIDL and I am not confident how to connect the Easy Adapter 4.02 to the header port motherboard.
Do i need to remove the mobo from the shell in order to connect really well to the header port? or it is not necessary?
