I've Flashed That File Powering Up Fine But No Display But Before With Empty Chip It Was Just Giving Some Power And Turn OFF And On Auto No Display Even Then. (Off-Course I Added Serial Number Before Flashing)
I diddnt think it would work. I suggest you buy a chip from ebay and ask the seller to send you the file only. It will be fast and easy. Give him your serial number and board ID.
