MBP Mid 2012 EFI Firmware [RESOLVED]

I forgot to make a backup of my MBP 13 midd 2012 i5 EFI locked, I downloaded the firmware, edited the serial number and reprogram the chip by using SP8 programmer kit, all process went successfully, but when I turn on the laptop, it doesn't boot,no POST,nothing at all,the fan spins a little and stop.

Can you help please? Like what to do or where I went wrong
