I have problem MAC apple 820-00045-A cannot booting to OS, out of simbol harddrive

That shows iether no OS found or unsupported OS ver if memory serves me correct, ? would normally be no OS found.
What happens if you press & hold the options key during boot, then disk tools, format drive & instal OS from local external source ?

first time can installed from internal....after that cannot....need instal from wifi...am instal from wifi....after that restart the mac....inthe screen look (folder?)
i cek the ssd/harddrive not detected if i press OPTION

iCloud may have locked the drive again, what happens when you press & hold options?
Does the lock come up?
may been to ref last the efi & clear/zap pram.
It is not a good idea to install via cloud. Make a MacOS instal usb drive

At least set your own efi password temporarily prior to OS install

I am just taking shots at this point of what the problems could be
Did you install the original efi dump with the ORIGINAL ME region ?
if from a donor efi, that ME needs to be cleaned first

edit:
Was the ssd drive installed when efi unlock was done?
