I have a this macbook air A1534 emc 2746 with 1.2 GHz Core M (M-5Y51)
and I need some guidance to make a dump from bios chip.
I have all the necessary tools!

Thank you for your guidance, I did all the steps in that tutorial and it looks like it works, but I stuck, I can not find anywhere how read - write bios chip for this model I need a little help in this regard. Thi is my problem!

A1534, that's a MacBook 12" right?

have you removed the chip, or are you interfacing via the debug header?

I have read and rewritten bios without any problem if anyone needs the dump for emc 2746 A1534 I will give it! . Thanks

without special equipment, it is difficult to interface with this chip in circuit.

you can try a brute force. you can trace the legs for exposed pads and attempt to program from there, but i do NOT recommend it.

otherwise, resort to pulling the chip

Same boat here! Will try brute force first, if that doesn't work, I think I gotta buy the newly released clip, as the full kit is out of stock now. Does anyone knows if the new automatic unlocker sold here works for these models? In that case, if this is not a 4 digit issue that I have I might try either with the clip and my eBay programmer as I´ve done in the past, or wait until the full new lite kit is available.

I've only seen a handful of six digit pins and I've seen MANY Macs. Give brute force a whirl, but be advised all six digit pins I've seen have been 2015+ models (-:

I don't recommend using the raspberry pi or other SPI programmer in circuit.

A1534 should work though 2016 models are untested.

Sorry to mutch bussy last days.
I´m still try this mac.
Ch341 Can read not write (some bytes possible damage or IC)Mac not power on or charge now :D
I have now hirose 12 to work no more solder, and microescope :D
Mini pro not suporte to read ( short circuite message show, when try to read)
I´m whait sofi 16 to test. if not write new dump edited. I thing after i need to but nem chip.
I still can read using Ch341 but canot write.
I go to try to write dump in mxic24l64 and try to emulate efi via port header.

You need to connect to chip and set WREN before writing.

Friends today I have managed to unlock a MacBook A1534 EMC 2746, soon will pass a video that probably ho ho on youtube and will share all the details,

Dusculpad pero mi ingles no es muy bueno, el caso es que logre desbloquerlo por completo, efectivamente con el Mini Pro no se puede leer pero con la raspberry se puede leer y escrubir sin problemas, el binario es totalmente identico a los que ya conocemos, espero darles el detalle entre hoy y mañana,
