Not booting after EFI chip replace. a1502 emc 2835

Hey guys, I purchased a EFI replacement off eBay as I don't own a programmer.
I've soldered the new chip on, though I get nothing on the screen for some reason. CPU warms up though nothing else.
If I put the old chip back on it works as it use to up to the lock screen so I know that its not my installation thats the problem.
I've tried two seperate chips I purchased and both do the same thing.
As per the eBay ad they're both pre flashed with a clean ME region.

Any suggestions on what I could try next?
