I find now password in the file.
Remove 1 stick of RAM and boot the system while clearing the PRAM by doing Press the power button and then press command-option-p-r. ...
Hold those keys down until your Mac reboots again and you here the startup chime.
Let go of the keys and let your Mac reboot normally. The password should then be cleared. IF it works just put the other stick of RAM back in and you will be good to go.

when i try to reset the nvram that's image appear

That just shows the drive is wiped out. Boot from another install OS X USB.

It will install the recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend installing a fresh copy of OSX.
