BIOS Flash ToughBook CF-53 MK II

Hello there,
i registered here because it seems people here really know how to deal with things.
Situation:
I have a Panasonic ToughBook CF-53 MK II with a corporate-branded BIOS.
All i want to do is flash the unbranded Panasonic-BIOS to the Chip.
The BIOS is a AMI American Megatrends EFI.
The tools from AMI do not work, since the BIOS "locks" itself after boot and the tool can't erase any blocks.
I have an unbranded-Update-BIOS along with the needed update-tool for DOS.
The Problem is the tool will not flash the Branded-BIOS
The tool exits with a Message
I have tried decompiling the Update-Tool with IDAPro 5.0 but since a am not a coder, i really have no idea what i am doing. My idea was to somewhat "bypass" the part where the program checks the BIOS version.
Can someone look into this?
I have attached these files:
- BUSFU00.exe - Updating tool to be run on DOS
- R13-0006.cap - BIOS-Update Image which is being fed to the tool

Current BIOS Version : V2.00L12M91-0002
New BIOS Version: V2.00L12
This BIOS update is prohibited. (130).
