iPad iOS Hacking the serial number

Dear GhostlyHaks Community,

I have been reading here a lot and this is my first post. Thanks to the efi bin dumps i repaired a few locked Macbooks and one iMac.
I love the site and the "sharing is caring" intension it has!

Now to come to my question. I stumbled upon a iPad Pro Model A1584 (EMC 2838) and run into the problem that there aren't any dumps online and no one is selling roms on Ebay for this. The device is locked and the only way to get it working again is to change the serial to get a new iCloud account working on it.
There is no sub forum for this and maybe i am complete wrong here and this method will not work for the iPad that's why i am asking here.

What are my options here?
Can i consider this device bricked?
