For free? I haven't seen it yet, there are a few sellers on eBay that will do it for $20, BUT if you have disassembled computer and have disconnected CMOS battery then it won't work, as computer needs to have current date/time for the SMC.BIN file to work (that's what I was told). The other option will be to buy a programmer and do it yourself, or contact HP.
