You have made the USB wrong if it doesn't recognize.

Holding alt should not load internet recovery though.

Is the keyboard faulty?

Per Apple:

Use these steps to choose a startup disk with Startup Manager:
Turn on or restart your Mac.
Immediately press and hold the Option key. ...
Use your mouse or trackpad, or left and right arrow keys to select the volume you want to use.
Double-click or press the Return key to start up your Mac from the volume you selected.

On my flash.bin read I've nulled (FF) from the first $SVS to the second ( not included ). Is it right ?
Thanks

no, it doesn't sound like you've done it correctly.

you search for the first instance of $SVS:

the entire string, select it and see how many bytes.

copy an equal amount of "zero" bytes

paste them directly over the entire $SVS string.

the entire file size should remain 8388608

The file I've submitted was the "orignal" however I've checked my clean version (that I've flashed and verified) with your and they are the same...
then my macbook is flashed correctly.

The steps I've made after flash it are:

1) reset NVRAM
2) enter in disk utility, there I've initialized the mac disk
3) I've create on my windows, using transmac, an usb key (16Gb) with El captain os

4) now start the problems:
I start my mac pressing option key and I see the EFI USB Disk. I select it and the installation seems to start, but approximately at 50% of progress bar, seems mac hang....

What can I do ?
Perhaps the dmg file of El Captain is not correct, in this case can you point me to some dmg that I can restore on my usb key or you can suggest some other workaround ?

Thanks

How long have you let it rest there?

Also, try launching the installer in safe mode.

I never trust anything made with transmac.

at this moment is 10-15 minutes... I see the apple, below the progress bar approximately at 50% and the spinning colored wheel...

Give it a whirl in safe mode.

Download niresh Mavericks, and install it in a virtual machine, and create the USB there.

HEY BUDDY....YOU'RE THE MAN :woohoo: !!
Safe mode has made the trick..
I've successfully installed El Captain from USB now.

Now.... Altough I've reset the NVRAM after the efi flash, what about the iCloud ? What are your suggest about it ?

Many Many Thanks

If you have reset nvram and reinstalled OS X, the iCloud is released fully. To further cement this, sign in with your own iCloud if you like. But you don't have to, it's good to go.

I'm glad you're up and running!
