HI All,

I Need some help identifying if i have the correct pinout setup, i am trying to read from a 25q064a efi chip (pic attached) using flashrom and a raspberry pi b+ programmer.

I have attached pics of my chip and setup, also have added a pic of the pinout of the chip from the manual, i have connected it exactly the same way as the tut but not sure if the layout is the same for this chip, as i dont understand the meanings.

Any help at all would be great, thanks people ;)

Pin 1 is chip select. Pin 2 is data out. Pin 3 is write protect. Pin 4 is ground. Pin 5 is data in. Pin 6 is the clock. Pin 7 is hold, and Pin 8 is voltage.

We do this for love and knowledge, others do it for greed and money..
