[HELP] Nexus 6p Nov/Dec/Jan frp

im currently sitting on 2 nexus 6p's (one with December 2016, and February 2017) both FRP locked, i had one with November and i removed it with the following commands
fastboot oem hwdog certify begin
fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability
fastboot erase config 
fastboot reboot

(please note i wasnt really paying attention to what command i was bashing in as i didnt expect it to work so could some confirm this ?)

now i'm tasked with working on removing the December FRP from the device. From looking at both devises (Dec and Feb) the only diffrence i can find is that googles disabled access to the BP-Mode and the HW-mode via the bootloader and the fastboot commands,
fastboot oem enable-bp-tools and fastboot oem enable-hw-factory
after entering the commands or using the bootloader options the phone goes into an odd bootloop (hangs on the google splash screen until i force reboot it)

im here to see if anyone can help me and finally remove December or higher FRP.
