When I read the chip with Pi i get "multiple flash chip definitions match the detected chip"
"please specify which chip definition to use with the -c"
Is there a connection problem or should I add the -c command?

Sounds like you have a MX chip
These are my command lines I use, Adjust as needed to match you file locations
READ MXchips
flashrom -p linux_spi:dev=/dev/spidev0.0 -c "MX25L6406E/MX25L6408E" -r /home/pi/Desktop/efi/read1.bin

Write MXchip
flashrom -w /home/pi/Desktop/efi/clean.bin -V -p linux_spi:dev=/dev/spidev0.0 -c "MX25L6406E/MX25L6408E"

I don't see a zip file dump here or within the thread in the dumps area?
