i need some help , macbook air wont boot tried everything was created by nicktheslick1

hi guys i have a MBA 2015 a1466 emc 2925 and it gets stuck on apple logo and loading bar.. i tried all recovery methods, smc and prma resets and also different ssd and same problem.. this ssd works fine in my other mbp . can it be the smc chip ? or efi chip ? or ?

i changed the efi chip and still didnt work same exact problem.. should i order another one ?
