HP ProBook 450 G2 bios overwrite with error

HP ProBook 450 G2 bios overwrite with error was created by Sergio
I have HP ProBook 450 G2.
It won't start the system, it just restarts and after restart there is no hard drive to select in BIOS.
I have cleared and wrote new BIOS eeprom and it works 1 time and after restart same thing again.
Bios overwrite and it wont see HDD and wont turn on, HDD is 100% ok (tried other), RAM is ok. I dont know what to do, have no more idea.
