A1398 won't turn on but fans spin

A1398 won't turn on but fans spin was created by ManOfFury
So.........
My MBP now has a diff problem, was using it lastnight and this morning when I try to turn it on, it stays black but the fans start up and then they stop, this happens repeatedly. It did this the other day and then came on sometime after.
Any suggestions?

Was locked outta firmware, changed the efi chip, ordered the right chip but got the wrong part :/, so I take it the laptop is now

You just need the correct part and you should be golden as long as you dont fry it in the process.

If you solders the wrong chip to the board and now you have issues, yes.
