Sorry about creating two threads. I was wondering is this the correct way? The bios chip so small i can barely see. I followed the tutorial but i only have 7 connected instead of 8? ON the picture it has 2 cords going to the same slot?
Well, if you mail it to me it won't be that much. Send me $45.00 in the package which around $15.00 will be for the return shipping and $30.00 for me to do it.
What do ya think? I do a lot of EFI cleaning off my website
and have never had one I couldn't fix.
I would but I prefer to meet up and I literally just wasted all my money on Raspberry Pi and soic clip for it too break up on me.
Side Note: I was reading this article about Bios firmware virus and how It works it uses a thunderbolt adapter and hacks the firmware with an exploit. I was wondering if it could be used but instead of it being a malware. We can probably use it to remove the bios password.
This exploit is still a real thing, I just do not have enough knowledge on the subject to create an option ROM to be hooked at boot. If anyone wants to take on the task, by all means

Yes, threat is the newest version which is still exploitable. This takes knowledge I currently do not have, so until I have a chance to dig much, much, much deeper we will have to stick to our guns.
