hi, iam looking iMac "Core 2 Duo" 2.66 20-Inch A1224 (Early 2008) emc 2210 clean efi dump if anybody have pleae share..thanks a lot

imac is in locked screen...

i don't have access to the device anymore, but if you can send me some hi-res images of the logic board i can locate the chip for you

for the early 2008 model, it can only be SOP8/16 or DIP style chips, just need higher res images than the ones i have

do you know about that chip no? i have found one 24c02, i think shoud be 25lcxxx

are you looking for EFI password removal?

on 2008 vintage, simply change amount of installed ram and the iMac will allow an NVRAM reset.

Precisely. If it's got 2 sticks take one out. If it's got one stick, add another.

The older Macs are silly like that. They allow an NVRAM reset under those conditions even when a password is in place. That trick works up through 2009 I believe.
