Problem with Bios file.

So from the start, done bios dump no problem, tried to remove password following tutorial no luck, i mean i tot i removed but when i uploaded file to the bios, macbook had no display, then i put orginal file back and starts no problem but with EFI lock, so next thing ive done was download clean dump from your web, put serial number but same situation no display, I would like to ask you guys to clean from password my orginal dump is you can,

I've removed the password from the BIOS file you posted.

Brill, glad you got it sorted!
Remember to use overwrite mode in your hex editor and replace all characters between $SVS start and end markers with 0xFF.
Double check the size of the file is the same as when you started.

yes, perhaps it's not clear enough, but removal all characters INCLUDING $SVS.

select password string: note exact string size in bytes (on bottom info bar)


select equivalent amount of zeroes (confirmed by bottom info bar)


paste the zeroes over (overwrite) the $SVS string


save, flash to mac, reboot with CMD-OPT-P-R, and profit!

thank you guys for all the help. Problem was that i was using notepad instead and was missing one line. Then I used hexeditor and everything start working good. Thanks again guys and i hope my post will help somebody else with same problem:)
