I just donated $36 for MBA mobo header clip, and can't wait to get it in hand and try it out. I'm am wondering, do you read/write/verify using flashrom via RBP with the MBA clip?

Yes, with the RaspberryPi you read/write/verify the eeprom. Enter the commands in a terminal window, or with ssh. I personnally like ssh, because than you can easily copy paste commands shown on the tutorials.
