I have Firmware Clean ME Region for A1286 2012

I have been using this site for many years now and has been a great help in successfully repairing logic boards for apple laptops. I had an issue with a recent macbook which was a 2012 emc 2556 model with ME Region problems as it would boot very slow and ASD confirmed that the ME Region was faulty, there is a download for this firmware but the ME Region was NOT clean, so I have made one here that I had learned to do to contribute to the list.
