So I finally got my surface pro 4 back from my ex wife. I boot it up and run a clean install of windows. Installation fails and say cant not change bios settings to continue with installation. There is a password set for the UEFI ans my ex wife doesnt want to give me the password. I went to the Microsoft store but because it was purchased under her name with her discount so they couldn't help me.
