well I'll post again to see if they help me again, I thank user Guzmanja75 who helped me by removing the password from my other 840 g3 laptop and it was a success. Now I could read my second laptop an

hello, this clean dump that you uploaded is from another laptop will not work in mine !! It must be my dump already with the password removed to make it work.
I have already tried other dumps but it is black when starting
