China Trunnion Ball Valve factory was created by ysf502595

PRIMATHERM Metal seat side entry ball valve,it adopts the advanced spray coating technology for the surface of the body and surface.The hardness could be HRC78 max after a special treatment made on the sealing face of seat and HRC72 max for the seat sealing face after a special treatment.The ball and seat are polished by matching,all the sealing area of the ball valve are suitable for the high temperature and pressure medium such as water、steam、oil、coal and corrosive mediums and so on after being polished precisely.There’re two types metal seat ring structures of floating ball and trunnion ball for the metal seat ball valve to contact with the ball,by acting on the seat ring spring load evenly to make seat ring and ball sealed well.
Due to the effect of spring load,it makes the auxiliary seal expand and realize the sealing between the body and seat.The spring load could provide the reliable seal enough between the seat and ball.Under the low pressure condition,it could be designed a grease injection system between the seat sealing and ball.
Operation&Use
1）Make sure the pipeline and valve washed clean before being operated.
2）It could drive the stem turn by the actuator as per input signal to finish the valve’s operation:When 1/4’’ turns positive(90°），the valve is closed.When 1/4’’ turns counter-rotating,the valve is open.
3）When the indicating arrow direction of the actuator parallel to the pipeline,the valve is in a open status.The indicating arrow vertical with pipeline,the valve is in a close position.
