Have been a computer tinkerer for quite a while now, mostly PC. I have recently, in the last year or so started repairing Macbooks. There quite a bit of fun, and IMO a much sleeker unit than any PC laptop I have ever used. I've been a musician for the better part of 25 yrs, it is definitely my passion, though I don't have much time for it now.

My main laptop now is a mid 2010 MBP running Linux Mint 17.2. I recently bought a RPi 2 and tried my hand at EFI flashing, which failed lol. I'm going to post about that in the correct part of the forum. I have learned quite a bit from this site already, and hope to learn more. I really enjoy just about every aspect of technology, and want to learn as much as possible. See you around!!
