2015 MBA EFIDL ISSUES

I have successfully unlocked other 2015 MBA's but this one will not unlock. I have tried everything from plugging up MagSafe to give it power but still it will not blink green after it goes solid blue. I can get it solid blue it goes blue about 45 secs then it blinks red and red again etc. I even have another tool to probe it and unlock it but it will not work either. Can someone help me
